How it works and benefits:

  • The system consists of various entities or modules like Product/Service, Customer, Customer Representative, Staff, Activities, Stages and Project / Assignment / Opportunities.
  • By using web based layout or Mobile App, staff / partner can add various opportunity and related activities in the application. User can change stage of the opportunity according to the progress of the activities.
  • Information of Opportunities / Funnel / Projects can be very easily achieved by various filters like Staff, region, Customer, Order Size etc.

Customer:

  • Customer is the organization with whom business is taking place. Customer has to be associated with the Staff / partner. Only that staff with access rights can create the Project / Assignment / Opportunity and activities for that customer.
  • All potential customers are registered in the system with required information and available in records for future use.
  • Multiple staff can be associated with one Customer.

Product / Services / Solution:

  • Products, Services or the solution, which is offered to the customer as part of the business.

Product / Services / Solution:

  • Staff / Partner is the user who can login into the system using Desktop Computer, Laptop, Mobile etc. and perform various activities.
  • All staff will be having Access Rights, which can be configured by Admin only.
  • Admin or master user has all the rights to view all data, report and creation of product.

Reports:

  • Customer Wise, Opportunity Status Wise, Staff Wise, Product / Services wise, Duration wise or any other relevant filter wise reports can be generated and Exported in PDF/Excel.
  • Reports are the real output of the tasks done by the various staff members. This report gives all detail of the activities performed based on the certain filter criteria.

Assignment / Project / Opportunity:

  • Project is logical grouping of day-to-day activities done with the customer by meeting or interacting with Customer representatives.
  • A Project / Opportunity has to be associated with Customer.

Activities:

  • Activities are as name suggests, various actions performed by staff – Demo, Presentation, POC, Quotation, Negotiation, Deal closure, Operational Activities, Accounts or dispatch to complete an assignment (Project).
  • These activities are kind of task tracker which is easy to create and carrying good information which can be further used for tracing, reminder, notification or analysis.

Creating Quotation:

  • Quotation creating is one of the activities, which staff usually do during the sales pitch. On Quotation creation, system shall generate the e-mail according to the required template. Staff can take print of quotation and it is available in records for future reference.
  • This can be further forwarded to the concerned department.
